Kissenfange ist ein kurzes Anschuggerle und wird im Stuhlkreis gespielt. Es eignet sich gut als Lückenfüller in Seminaren und bringt Dynamik in die Gruppe.
Benötigt werden zwei verschiedene Kissen (am besten in verschiedenen Farben, aber in gleichem Umfang). Die Gruppe wird in zwei Teile geteilt: Es wird im Stuhlkreis sitzend auf zwei durchgezählt. Jede Gruppe bekommt ein Kissen und soll dieses sitzend immer jeweils in der eigenen Gruppe (also nur an die Personen, die die gleiche Zahl hatten) und nur in einer Richtung durchgeben. Die Kissen starten jeweils auf einer Seites des Kreises. Die Gruppe, welche es schafft mit ihrem Kissen zuerst das Kissen der gegnerischen Gruppe einzuholen, gewinnt Kissenfange. Wichtig ist es, dass das Kissen der gegnerischen Manschaft nicht berührt werden und behindert werden darf. Nach ungefähr vier Minuten ohne Gewinner sollte das Spiel beendet und als „unentschieden“ gewertet werden.
