Diese Übung entstammt der Theaterpädagogik und funktioniert super um Gruppen aufzulockern oder miteinander warm werden zu lassen. Die TeilnehmerInnen laufen im Raum zu beschwingter Musik durcheinander. Der/Die SpielleiterIn gibt den TeilnehmerInnen, während diese „bunt“ durch den Raum laufen, vor was sie machen sollen. Jede Minute sollte der/die SpielleiterIn die Vorgabe wechseln.
Mögliche Vorgaben
- Begrüßt euch gegenseitig, als hättet ihr euch schon lange nicht mehr gesehen
- Begrüßt euch gegenseitig sehr formal
- Zeigt euch die kalte Schulter
- Hüpft im Raum herum als wärt ihr Känguruhs
- Schaut jeder Person, ganz finster und tief in die Augen
- Lächelt eure Gegenüber an
- Schaut euch verliebt in die Augen
- Schaut ganz schüchtern auf den Boden und vermeidet jeden Augenkontakt
- Schreit wütend durch die Gegend und blafft jeden der euch über den Weg kommt dumm an
- Tanzt durch den Raum, als wärt ihr in einem Club
- Geht hochmütig durch den Raum
