Die kurze Kooperationsübung „Teufelskreis“ kann als Low-Level-Einstieg in andere, größere und aufwändigere Kooperationsübungen benutzt werden (z.B. Electric Fence) und schult auf niederschwelliger Ebene Kooperation und interne Kommunikation einer Gruppe.
Die Gruppe steht in einem Kreis und hält sich an den Händen. Nun können mit dieser Positon verschiedene Herausforderderungen gestellt werden. Die Gruppe könnte beispielsweise gemeinsam einen Parcour überqueren müssen oder auch bestimmte Gegenstände transportieren ohne die Hände loszulassen.
Als zusätzliche Herausforderung kann die Übung auch blind oder stumm durchgeführt werden.
Die Übung sollte im Nachhinein kurz ausgewertet werden und Themen wie Kommunikation und Kooperation mit den Teilnehmenden besprochen werden.
